Float times may vary depending on factors such as temperature, direct sunlight, indoor or outdoor use, size, and material. Foil balloons generally float longer than latex balloons. To maximize float time, all our latex balloons are treated with Hi-Float.

Delivery fees are NOT included. We offer delivery for orders over $150 within select areas, including Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Aurora, and Newmarket. Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout. Free in-store pickup is available anytime at Unit 10-555 Edward Ave, Richmond Hill, ON, at your convenience.

For optimal results, we recommend scheduling pickup or delivery on the day of your event. If your event requires extended float times, please contact us before placing your order so we can help you make the best choice.

While we strive to accurately represent balloon colors in our photos, colors may vary due to differences in lighting—whether under natural sunlight or warm and cool indoor lighting. You are always welcome to visit our store to choose your colors in person.

For cancellations made more than 48 hours before your event, we offer a full refund, minus a 5% transaction fee, to the original payment method. For cancellations within 48 hours, we provide store credit. Please note that custom print orders are non-refundable once sent to print.

All balloon sales are final. Rainbow Flower Celebrate is not responsible for any leaking or popping of balloons once they have been picked up or delivered, as all products should be handled with care. The customer assumes full responsibility for the balloons' condition after they leave our store.
