You can place an order directly through our website or email at info@rainbowflowercelebrate.com. For large events, we recommend ordering at least one week in advance to ensure availability and customised backdrop ready to print out.
🌈🌼🎉Can I customize my order?
Yes! Every aspect of your balloon order can be fully customized. For simple changes, like color or custom vinyl messages, leave a note on the order or checkout page for online orders. For more extensive customizations, feel free to reach out to us directly.
🌈🌼🎉Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes, we offer free in-store pickup at Unit 10-555 Edward Ave, Richmond Hill, ON any time at your convenience. You’ll receive a notification with a temporary access code when your order is ready for pickup. If you have any questions, please call us at 647-982-7877.
🌈🌼🎉Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer balloon delivery for orders over $150 within selected areas including Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Aurora, and NewMarket etc... Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. You can leave delivery instructions or time preferences in the notes. While we try our best to accommodate delivery times, we cannot guarantee exact time windows. You’ll be notified once the delivery route is arranged.
🌈🌼🎉How long do your helium balloons last?
In general, Our helium-filled 11” latex balloons can float for 2-3 days, while foil balloons can float for at least 4 days. All latex balloons are treated with Hi-Float to extend their float time. Floating time can vary depending on the balloon sizes and other decorations.
For custom message balloons, the vinyl may start peeling or develop small air bubbles after one day, as the balloon begins to shrink.
For best results, schedule pickup or delivery on the day of your event. If your event has any special requirement that needs extended days, contact us before placing an order so that we can help you to make the best choice.
🌈🌼🎉How can I make my helium balloons last longer?
To extend the life of your balloons:
- Remove them from their transport bag as soon as possible.
- Keep them indoors as long as possible, away from direct sunlight, sharp objects, and extreme temperatures.
- In cold weather, foil balloons may deflate but will return to normal once brought to room temperature.
🌈🌼🎉Do you provide balloon installation services?
Yes, we offer full on-site balloon installations for events of all sizes. Services include custom backdrops, organic balloon garlands, and more. For details, contact us by phone, email, or schedule an in-store consultation.
🌈🌼🎉Can you fill the balloons I provide?
We do not fill latex balloons from outside sources to ensure quality and safety. However, we can fill certain themed foil balloons not carried by our supplier (e.g., Sanrio, Roblox), but please note we cannot guarantee their quality or offer refunds if any defects occur.
🌈🌼🎉Do helium balloons come with a weight and bag?
Yes, all helium balloon bundles are made ready to party including a water weight (except for ceiling balloons) and are packaged in clear balloon bags for easy transport.
🌈🌼🎉What type of balloons do you use? Are balloons harmful to the environment?
We use 100% biodegradable latex balloons and reusable foil balloons. Although biodegradable, we do not recommend releasing balloons as they can still pose risks to wildlife when they land.
🌈🌼🎉What is your refund policy?
For cancellations made more than 48 hours before your event, we offer a full refund minus a 5% transaction fee back to the original payment method. For cancellations within 48 hours, we offer store credit. Please note that custom print orders are non-refundable once sent to print.
